11. Le Pain Quotidien’s Bleecker St Bakery

Le Pain Quotidien opened in Brussels in 1990. Alain Coumont fulfilled his dream of branching out to the U.S. when he opened a flagship bakery on New York City’s Madison Avenue. They offer a $100 per person bread baking class. It’s a 3-hour class with about 10 people. They also offer pie baking classes for about $100 to $150 that last 2 to 2 and a half hours. Gluten free baking is offered for $85 as well if you’re health conscious or have allergies.
