4. Sneak a Peek

This game makes use of children’s building blocks. First the group leader will create a structure using the building blocks and then ask one member from each team to come and have a look at his structure for 30 seconds. The member goes back to his team and directs them to build the same structure. Another member of the team is then asked to come and have a look at the structure before he goes back to instruct his team on how to improve the design. The activity goes on until someone has created the same shape. This activity helps in improving communication and fosters teamwork.
