This is one of the jobs where you start working and then learn step by step and not the other way around. You learn from your more experienced colleagues and you gradually establish your own referral network. The hourly pay rate for a real estate broker ranges between $9.79-$46.37 depending on years of experience but the average hourly pay rate is about $19.33. Not bad at all.
