4. Human Resources Assistant
In order to become a human resources assistant, that’s up next on the list of on the job training jobs that pay well, usually, a high school diploma is sufficient. On the job training is provided so you learn all you need to know though previous customer service experience would be an advantage. After gaining some experience in this position, assistants can be promoted into managers. The average hourly rate for a human resources assistant is $15.59.
