8. Richard Blais
After being runner-up in the 4th season of the show, Blais snatched a win in Top Chef: All-Stars, the 8th season that featured contestants who previously failed to win the show. After the win, he served as a judge on 12th and 13th season of the show. He runs restaurants The Crack Shack, Juniper & Ivy, and FLIP Burger Boutique and he published a cookbook.
