Malaysia, next on our list of most racist countries in Asia, is one of the rare countries that have not ratified International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. Racism is present in Malaysia on many different levels – in the educational system, labor market, finance, health care and welfare system racial discrimination is supported and encouraged by country’s laws which favor one ethnicity over another.
