10. Spain
As it was in the past, so it is today, Spain is still the migrating hub of Europe as it was decades to centuries ago. Approximately 10% of their population are now comprised of immigrants, both from outside Europe and from other European countries. Its geographical location is actually also a reason why many people migrate to the country.
