As the state’s first public university, it is known to provide guaranteed high-quality education, as 92% of their classes are taught by professors. This university is one of the best proofs that just because a college is more accepting and has lesser requirements than its fellow institutions does not mean its quality of education is poor. According to their website, Illinois State University does not have any minimum GPA requirement, which is what made it part of this list. It also has a higher acceptance rate as compared to its fellow institutions in the state.
