In general, black coffee tends to have pretty low acidity; thus you do not need to switch your favorite brand of black coffee for the sake of your stomach ulcer. So basically, you can keep drinking your black coffee without the fear of upsetting your ulcer. However, there are other substances in coffee that might cause harm to your body if you are not careful.
