When it comes to vegetables, Hong Kong exports large amounts of dried vegetables, whether whole, cut, sliced, broken, or in powder. Furthermore, they sell lettuce and chicory, steamed vegetables, onions, shallots, garlic, leeks, carrots, turnips, cabbage, cauliflower, and numerous types of roots.
