4. Drawing Sheet

Requirements: Picture, Sheets of Paper, Pens
Best for: Pairs

We are continuing our list of indoor team building games for employees with the game number 4. When the group has been divided into pairs, have them sit with their backs to each other. One member of the group will hold a pen and paper while the other holds a picture. The one with the picture then has to describe the photo to the other without directly giving the picture away. The game focuses on communication and language. The game gives an idea of how communication can easily alter the interpretation of each person.
