3. Paranoia
This drinking game, that ranks third on our list of easy drinking games without anything but alcohol is one of the easiest and the best. You and your friends need to get in a circle and one person starts with whispering a question to the player standing next to them. The question needs to be about one of the players and you need to answer it out loud. For example, you can ask “Who is the dumbest person here” or, “Who is the hottest person here”. If someone wants to hear the question, he needs to drink. But, beware, the drunker you get, the more intense it will be because you will have no control over your mouth.
