We are starting our list of easiest, least competitive OBGYN programs in America with the Brody School of Medicine, a highly reputed medical institution located in Greenville, North Carolina as part of East Carolina University. As you can see, the rate of acceptance is a tad over 9.1 percent, which definitely is not much. Remember, these programs don’t accept just anybody.
