Customer service representative ranks 8th on our list of easiest jobs to get hired on the spot. It may be just another fancy name for a call center rep, but not necessarily. True, there is always a demand for call center workers, but you could be working in retail or service setting which requires meeting with customers. If you’re thinking the job of a CSR is just selling products and services, you couldn’t be more wrong. A customer service representative has to resolve product issues, and answer account and billing questions.
