2.Cartwheel
A Cartwheel is one of the basic moves in gymnastics and one of the first ones you should learn, and you can do it at home as long as you have enough space. From a standing position, lift your arms and slowly bend and placing them on the floor, roll over using your hands as a support. You may not get it perfectly the first time, but after a few tries, you will get better. You can watch this video if you want to see how kids do the cartwheel.
