3.Handstand
At number three on our list of easiest gymnastics moves and tricks to do at home for beginners we have a handstand. For the beginning, it is important to practice doing a handstand while relying on a wall so that it is easier to keep your balance. From a standing position, you need to bend down and place your hands on the floor and then lift your legs up on the wall. Don’t be disappointed if you don’t do it perfectly the first time, especially if your shoulders are not strong enough, but you will get better with practice. Check out this video for instructions.
