4. A Bridge

If you are a beginner at gymnastics, then one of the first things you need to learn is making a bridge. Forming a bridge is not too difficult if you have enough upper arm strength and so beginners can do it. To form a bridge you need to lay with your back on the floor, your knees bent, and then you push yourself up with your hips while holding onto the floor with your hands. If you do this regularly, you will be able to bend your back more each day. Make sure not to force your back beyond your capacity.
