10. Backward Roll
A backward roll is a very simple move you can do at home even if you are a beginner. You basically start with a tall stance, then squat down on your heels and sit, and roll backward. 9.Back Bend
A back bend s one of the basic gymnastics moves that you should learn how to do, and it is not too difficult but bear in mind that this depends on your flexibility. You should not expect perfection the first time you do this. Stand with your arms straight up by the head. The next part is to try and bend backward in a “U” shape as far as possible. Once you get better at this, you will be able to reach the ground with your hands while you bend.
