1. Forward Roll
A forward roll is one of the easiest gymnastics moves and tricks to do at home for beginners. It is a simple gymnastics move which you probably often did as a kid, so it won’t be too hard. It is important that you have enough space when you do it so that you don’t hit something. From a standing position, bend your knees and slowly lower yourself to the ground by relying on your hands, and then simply roll forward standing up in the end again.
