6. Russia
Another ‘Триколор’ (Tricolor) from the flag family of ‘Pan-Slavic’ is a combination of three equal horizontal stripes of white on top, blue in middle and red at the bottom. This flag was adopted on 11th November in 1993 when non-Russian territories gain independence as the Soviet Union collapsed and rest of the territory declared itself as the ‘Russian Federation’.
