7. Columbia
A combination of horizontal stripes of Yellow, blue and red with yellow stripe being large and half of the width was adopted on November 26th, 1861. Being a member of flag family of ‘Miranda’, yellow symbolizes the concepts of sovereignty and justice. While blue stands for nobility, loyalty and vigilance; and red represent valor, honor and victory. The Columbian flag, one of the easiest flags to draw in the world, depicts the rich story of its independence from Spain.
