9. Peas

Required Days Before Harvest: 70-90 days
There are numerous varieties of peas, which you can choose from, but most of them thrive in cold weather. Probably one of the most common varieties used is green peas, which are also used for a variety of dishes. Peas have to be planted 1 inch deep and 2 inches apart to get the maximum growth. Also, make sure that their temperature does not exceed 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Peas can survive light frost, but not harsh hot temperatures.
