Germany is one of the easiest and cheapest countries to study abroad if you wish to explore a different country but with a limited budget. No tuition fees are charged at undergraduate and Ph.D. levels at public universities so that you can study for free! On the other hand, living costs are slightly higher than in some other countries on our list, but at least you don’t have to save money for tuition. This beautiful country is getting more and more popular among students who wish to study abroad.
