3. Antigua and Barbuda
This country ranks third on our list of countries with the lowest white population percentage in the world. It includes its two namesake islands and several smaller. Its population is only 102,601, and it is very high on our list as the white population percentage is 1.6. The islands were inhabited even 2400 years B.C. but then were colonized for many years. They got their independence in 1981.
