Despite all the bashing America receives whenever somebody mentions treatment, it remains number one among all the countries with highest medical research spending. The sheer range of research papers printed each year is on top of following five countries on our list combined. America’s medical scientists also are 1st in the number of researchers that have foreign collaborators, illustrating their disposition for cooperation with their colleagues from around the globe, that may be a contributing issue to their overall success.
