Finland is best known for the freedom it gives its schools and pupils. Education there is completely free and meals are fully subsidized for the part of students who attend full-time. Furthermore, the country has traditionally ranked in the top five countries for degree attainment and is also one of the leaders in people who complete any form of education consistently.
