In 2015, meetings held between representatives of both countries led to agreements regarding sharing of intelligence to be able to counter terrorism more effectively. France which ranks second in our list of countries that will help the Philippines against China showed its support to the Philippines when they were seeking arbitration to resolve the South China Sea territory dispute.
