Dubai  is the most populated city of the United Arab Emirates with its 2,213,845 citizens that spread across a land area of 4,114 km2 (1,588 mi2). Its first skyscraper above 150 m, the Burj Al Arab, was constructed in 1999. It is 321 m (1,053 ft) tall, and owns 56 floors above ground and 3 floors under ground. The city has a really spectacular view with 201 completed buildings above 150 m, and 24 completed constructions above 300 m. The tallest skyscraper of the city and at the same time in the world is the marvellous Burj Khalifa with its 828 m height. 52% of these buildings are inhabited, and commonly they are made of concrete (93%).
