Susan Welker, the next one on the list of biggest influencers in the construction industry founded the Harris Welker Architects back in 2004 and her main goal was to provide sustainable modern design solutions for a client’s budget. She strongly believes that her company, Harris Welker Architects is a visionary firm. Susan’s designs have won many awards and she enjoys serving non-profit boards like the American Institute of Architects and she founded the AIA Austin’s Architecture in Schools program and the AIA Austin Small Firms’ Roundtable. She is very well known for her team building, cost management, organizational skills and most of all her creativity.
