3. The Sroda Treasure

The year of 1985 was the year when probably one of the biggest treasures of Poland was discovered. This was also quite accidentally; while people working on the renovation of one old building, they found a vase full of coins, but that was not everything. A couple of years after, near the same place, another treasure was found, including more coins, jewelry and a gold and unique crown.
