Terry Herbert is the person “guilty” for discovering one of the most worth Anglo-Saxon treasures, and this happened in 2009. He found more than 3,500 items, with military and religious symbols, all of them being very valuable and unique. It has been estimated that the treasure dates from the 8th century, and it belongs to the Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery.
