Reykjavik is the definite the number one on our list of best vacation spots for singles in their 30’s. Although its location and climate may discourage many people, Iceland is one of the most promising tourist destinations in the whole world. The island is filled with geysers and hot water springs, which influence the Reykjavik’s climate and guarantee the most relaxing spa treatments. The surreal looking Blue Lagoon spa, located in the middle of the lava field, 21 miles from Reykjavik, is one of the places that have put this country on the tourist maps. If you want to see Iceland’s fjords, geysers, lava deserts and glaciers up close and personal, rent a four-wheel drive vehicle and organize your own tour around the island. You can also go whale watching and check out some of the filming locations of Game of Thrones’s beyond the Wall scenes, including Grjotagja, the majestic looking cave, also known as the John Snow’s and Ygritte’s love nest.
