As always, we left the best for the end. The Institute of Culinary Education ranks third in our list of best sushi making classes in NYC. It has to offer a variety of cooking classes, as well as diplomas for accomplishments. All the classes last for 4,5 hours, and for each of them, you will be charged $20 for rescheduling and cancellation if you do it 2 weeks before the class starts. For 13-3 days before the class, you will be issued with only school credit, but if you do it in any of the 48 hours before the class, you can forget on both school credit and refund.
