You will be thought for 2,5 hours by certified sommelier and the Camaje Bistro Cooking owner, Abigail Hitchcock, who also worked for Martha Steward and gained the Blue Ribbon Cooking Diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education. She will teach you all the basics, from the equipment for making sushi and the ingredients and where you can get them, how to roll and make your perfect sushi, and also, how to play with ingredients by yourself.
