4. Huacachina

If going away from the city center is next on your list, you might want to visit the desert of Huacachina. This mountain of fine sand is unique from a plain desert. It has an oasis which believed to be a huge lagoon before the native princess turns the rest of the waters into sand dunes. At least that’s what the legend says. Huacachina is one of the safest places to visit in Peru for the tour guides and obedient tourists make it possible to be.
