8. Security Guard
As a security guard, your task is to patrol the premises and make sure everything is OK. You need to monitor activity and prevent any dangerous materials to get inside the building. If you want to be a security guard, you need a high school diploma. For higher positions such as managers and supervisors, you might need an associate’s or bachelor’s degree. The average salary for a security guard is $30,938 annually.
