3. Eataly NYC
It wouldn’t be a list about Italian food if Eataly didn’t land a spot somewhere. They offer a “Hands-On Fresh Dragged Pasta” workshop at their Flatiron location. It has a long title and sounds like it may be a little complicated, but I think it would be worth a try. While the course offers three different dishes, they also throw in two complimentary wines to make it that much sweeter.
