9. Cooking A Capella
This is probably the most unique of the cooking classes on this list and maybe even anywhere in the city. The owner and chef spends the majority of the course serenading his students (while simultaneously teaching, of course). He offers one course on simply “pasta making” and another on “risotto and gnocchi.” If having someone serenade you while learning to make pasta doesn’t remind you of Venice, Italy, I don’t know what will.
