9. Strawberry – Orange Smoothie
First, prepare the fresh strawberries and a half glass of an orange juice. Cut the strawberries into super small pieces and pour them into a drinking glass. Pour the orange juice into the glass and mix them with a large spoon–use it to macerate the berry chunks. Pour yogurt and milk as a natural sweetener and stir it. Prepare it and enjoy a strawberry orange smoothie in less than 5 minutes.
