6. Norway
If you’ve read any surveys or reports about the happiness in a certain country or any other similar topic, you’ve probably noticed that Norway is either first or pretty close. It sure sounds good to be a resident of Norway. The country ranks on the 4th place in the cost of childcare and education while also being in the top 10 of family well-being. The thing that doesn’t favor Norway is the low ranking in quality of education.
