5. Rhubarb & Strawberry Collins
A play on a Tom Collins this is yet another vodka drink as vodka is almost always virtually tasteless and odorless (unless there’s something wrong with it.) This one is mixed with rhubarb syrup, strawberry juice, some lemon juice, and fizzy soda. Rhubarb syrup is the jam.
