Generally speaking, no matter how luxurious and well equipped are resorts, they are always in need of the people who can take everything under control, work on the prevention of possible damages and troubles and be ready to fix anything in every situation. Of course, to apply for this job that’s up next in our list of beach resort jobs with employee housing, you need to be skilled and experienced, as well as responsible and hard-working. There are many things that should be supervised on a daily basis, such as lighting, air conditioners, heaters and everything else that is often used and need to be in the perfect condition all the time. It is why the maintenance staff needs to be housed within the resort – though you don’t need to have night shifts, you need to be ready to stand up from your bed and go and fix something even in the middle of the night.
