He joined Mesirow in 1996 following its acquisition of HGT Advisors, an investment advisory firm he co-founded in 1983. Ken also served as a Senior Consulting Principal at A.S. Hansen, Inc. and Vice President at A.G. Becker, where he established their Consulting Group. He began his career managing the pension program at Illinois Bell Telephone Company. Ken holds a B.S. in Finance cum laude from the University of Miami and a master’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago.

Ethan Steinberg, who joined SG Capital in 2013, brings his expertise to Teton Strategies. Together, Glen Schneider and Ethan Steinberg have a combined 50 years of investment experience, focusing on the US capital markets and combining top-down market analysis with individual company fundamentals.
